Privacy: Nexco browser extensions

Nexco's browser extensions are part of our software for search firms, so they are covered by the agreement we hold with each customer firm, not by our website privacy policy. They are provided by NEXCO.AI LTD, company number 15966103. For anything to do with your personal data, write to [email protected].

Nexco's browser extensions put Nexco's services beside the systems your firm uses, such as its CRM. When you use one:

• The extension reads information from the pages you open in those systems where that is needed to show Nexco's services beside them and to act on your behalf in them.

• The extension exchanges information with Nexco's services using the sign-in your browser already holds. What Nexco's services hold about your firm's work, and how Nexco processes it, is governed by your firm's agreement with Nexco.

• Nexco may collect diagnostic and usage information from the extension, such as error reports when part of it fails, to operate, secure and improve its services. Nexco's service providers may process this information on Nexco's behalf, and may work out an approximate location from the connection that carries it.

• Nexco does not sell information collected through its extensions, and uses it only for the purposes on this page and in your firm's agreement.

• Information the extension holds in the browser is there to make the extension work and is removed when the extension is.
